weight gain help

ok im 6,3 and only weigh 140lbs ive been working out for 4 months now and didnt really gain anything i just toned out a lil bit. i believe i have exremely fast motabolism as i eat alot and shortly after eating im usually in the bathroom. is there anything i can do to slow my matabolism so i can gain some weight? i want to be up to at least 170 or so by next year so i can play on the football team for my highschool. by the way im 16 yrs old. the doctor said its normal because i fall into the not at risk area but not by much. i have 2% bodyfat which isnt good lol but any suggestions?
 
you can't slow metabolism.

eat more. probably 7 or 8 meals a day, about every 2 hours. you're right that you're unhealthily thin.

you MUST eat to put on muscle. no other way.
 
I know how ya feel man. I am 28 and 6 foot tall and down aroud 140 lbs now. I was 180 at one point. For me stress ( I think ) has lead to some stomach disorder and no matter how much I eat, how often, or what I eat matters. I end up in the bathroom :(

140 lbs for a man my age and height is not right. i don't know my body fat % but I look cut like bruce lee and have a 6 pack and rarely do situps. Not brgging. I want to gain weight badly. Ugh. Long road ahead of us :)
