Are you male or female? Simply put your ideal weight should be around 150lbs. Assuming that most of your excess weight is fat and not muscle than that weight would be a great goal for you to aim for. Otherwise you are looking to have a % body fat or 15-20 if you are a male and 18-25 if you are female.

So, you only need to do less than 2 hours of squash a week to stay healthy under the government’s guidelines. For squash weight loss you should do more than this.
