Finally made it to my pre-pandemic weight. I have 8 more lbs to go until my goal weight. I just hope I am burning some fat and it's all just not water weight. Gyms are still closed so I am primarily walking but may get a hike in on Sunday. It is a raining a few days this week.

Nice! I can't wait until I get that close to goal weight. I'm ready to get outside more. It's been raining here 7 of the last 9 days.

you definitely will.. I started the journey at 140lbs a few years ago, it's taken me a long time to break through. I am also only 5ft tall so every lb looks very heavy on me, which is why my goal weight is lower than most people here.

Hey Misty, that is great!! You must be feeling good. Things are so much different in Canada than here, my gym only closed for 4 weeks last spring and now all is open and not many masks to be seen. However I believe our infection rate is a lot higher than yours...

Down a little here, but I began my low solids and laxative regine yesterday for the colonoscopy so I am not sure how real it is.

Yeah at first I was afraid to weigh myself every day, but I find it gives me motivation to stick with the program. I'm going to be drinking a lot of water today and doing some weed eating, still I imagine that I will be up tomorrow. It is interesting to see how it fluctuates from day to day. Best wishes on the colonoscopy. I can't wait to hear a good report!
 
I agree Whisper weighing every day can be motivation, another reminder of what we are trying to do. Even in maintenance it helps with my motivation to stay on track. Good for you Misty sticking with your ambitious target, but make it or not you have done well this month. I am up some, but still in the 150s. Guess medical things make me gain water weight...

As long as I am down for the week, that's pretty much all I care about. I know the day to day will flutcuate a lot depending on what I am doing. I sweat a lot when doing yard work and I'm doing yard work just about daily now if I feel good.

I am continuing to go up, still in the 150s, but somehow going up in weight is always a bit uncomfortable. I know I am ok, will try not to worry about it so long as I stay in the 150s.
