Weekly weight loss new found determination

I started on a diet and fitness plan in 2004 and went from 17st 7lb to 15st 3lb in a space of about 6mnths which was great however i was trying to get to 12st 7lb - 13st, i've been hovering between 15st - 16st since.

It's a long story but I've always been an active sportsman and am getting really frustrated at not being able to get back to my old weight, so here we go, i plan to put a weekly update on here every week and a short summary of how i done it my weight now is:

16st and a quarter lb :banghead:

fingers crossed for next week same time!!!!

First week

Well the first week went well three meals a day fruit in between 3 litres of water a day Boxing gym Monday, Boxing Gym Tuesday both 1hr hald sessions, football 1hr half on Thursday and 8 mile run Sunday.:Angel_anim:

However, I did slip of the horse Friday eating two Penguins, a packet of Walkers, and a mixed Donner kebab.

Saturday morning i eat a steak burger with cheese and 8 chocolate bourbons.

I checked my weight tonight and am at 15 7 and half so a weight loss of 6 and quarter pounds!!!

However i'm not nieve enough to think that i can get away with this every week and tend to stay more focused next weekend.
