Hey guys, Here is my current weekly schedule. I would like to incorporate HIIT into my weekly schedule. Can someone revise my schedule to include HIIT in my weekly schedule? Thanks
Monday: Weight training
Tuesday: 2-5 Mile Jog
Wednesday: Weight Training
Thursday: 2-5 Mile Jog
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: Weight Training
Sunday: 2-5 Mile Jog
Also, am I over training myself because I only have 1 resting day or is 1 resting day good enough?
