Week one

Hello everyone that is week one and I have managed to lose 5 pounds with a low carb diet and strict cardio sessions
 
Today I am considering getting a personal trainer. This will help tone and define my body as I lose weight and keep me accountable. The only thing is the expenses may be too much right now :(
 
Today have a total loss of eight pounds. I understand that I will have rapid weight loss at first then it will slow down and eventually plateau as I get closer to my target weight. At that point I will intensify my excersise regime and also make my diet a bit more stricter. I hope this works out fingers crossed
 
I would post before pictures but at the moment I am a bit ashamed of my body. I have never been this big in my life. I hope to gain body acceptance as I continue to lose the pounds.
 
I don't think it's important to post before pics. Take some for yourself so that you can look back at them & see where you have come from. Well done on losing 8 lbs already :D
