week 2

My goal for this week was for me to lose 2 lbs.
When I got on the scale and it said 240 lbs.
Well I did lose 2 lbs and I also lost another 2 lbs. . In two weeks I lost 10 lbs,10 lbs WOW.
I mean this is a great feeling. I made another step toward my goal!
My next goal is to lose another 2lbs by next Friday. When I put my mind to it. Nothing can't stop me reaching my goal to be fit,healthy and my dream weight 145lbs.
