Ways to hit the upper 2 two abs!

Weighted crunches, decline weigted crunches, decline crunches, etc. Basically anything with a "decline" or "crunch" in it.

Decline Captain Crunches. Those hit you the hardest.

I'm sorry but can you please elaborate on what exactly a "Decline Captian Crunch" is? :)

No problem. First, you'll need a bowl and some milk. A spoon too, unless you like to eat things animal style. Then burn you get is not in your abs, but rather your mouth. Captain Crunch cuts the roof of your mouth. These burn either way, whether you're eating them sitting up or in a decline position. However, in the decline position, you risk further injury by fighting gravity to eat. Just remember to eat it fast, because if you soak it too long in the milk, then the cereal gets too soft, and you draw less blood, thus making your workout less efficient.

Actually the upper two abdominal muscles have alot to do with genetics, some peoples get bigger than others naturally, but dont let that stop you.everyone has the heads of them but like i said, some peoples are more visible.

Personally, im going to make sure I get my captain crunch cereal every each and every morning. My abs are going to be shreded. I'll show everyone!

My name is MOK and Ive lost 16lbs (in blood) in just two weeks from the decline capitan crunch workout.

In the 1st week I only used skimmed milk, But now I do all my bulgarian weighted situps with a mouth full of dry captian crunch.
