Ok, I know I am crazy, but I still haven't weighted myself
First, I dont own a scale at home, and second, I rarely have time to stop by a pharmacy to weight myself. How silly am I?

Way before - pre-pregnancy body

This before pic was taken in January 09. I gave birth by c-section to my son on Dec 5, 08.

This was taken on July 05, 09. 7 months post-partum. I know I still look horrible. But there is an improvement, right?!?!?!   :?:

You look like you had a child. There is nothing disgusting about that so stop being negative! I can see some difference in the thighs and stomach. What are you doing to loose the weight and get toned again? Calories per day and work out etc? It takes hard work to get your body in shape but it can be done!!

I understand how you feel and it is hard to not be negative about yourself, especially after having a baby, but you look just like that, just had a baby and there is nothing wrong with that. I had a C-Section in February 08 when I had my son and my stomach looked HORRIBLE! [my whole body did]. I posted me before and almost after photo on here... [Labeled 87lbs lost.... 27 to go].

What are you doing for exercise and eating? If you really want your stomach to shrink a lot you have to eat very healthy and exercise regularly. The kinds of foods you eat can help the elasticity in your skin and promote it to shrink and 'go back to normal'.

Here is my stomach progression just from eating right and exercising.

Thanks girls.

I am actually eating less. not very healthy, but surely less. I am in a mission of stopping soda, it's working. I dont have time to exercise, so i dont. The only time I move is when I walk in the malls.

I tried making crash diet, but I just cant anymore. Darn it, I did those when I was like 17, now that I am 27, I cant! :(

Hopefully more weight will come off soon. I will be going on vacations this Friday for a month.. will watch out what I eat, and when we come back, will join a gym, and watch out what I have.

Crash dieting can be very bad :( You go off track you gain all the weight back and then some. Best way is set realistic calorie goals and stick with them and work out even if working out means taking your child in the stroller and walking an hour every day with them. Once you start seeing and feeling the change you will get motivated to do more and it will come off. I am closing in fast on my -90lbs mark and I have been at it since Feb. 1, 2009. With effort and making sure to stay on a plan you can handle, results happen I PROMISE! Crash dieting also sucks your energy and makes you feel like crap and as a mommy you need to be able to get up and go, not lay there as a starving heap with no energy. I eat between 1200-1400 calories a day myself and am loosing at a good rate still (12lbs last month). I wish there was a magic way other then diet and exercise but there really is no substitute that will give the lasting results or the life style change needed to stay healthy.
