Ok I admit it.... I've been lurking. I finally got the nerve to sign on. Just wanted to say hi. Wishing everyone the best on their individual journeys. For me this is round 3 after a pregnancy that left me far, far away from my ideal weight. I'm still bitter about the weight but I won't go there. Thank God I have a beautiful baby boy to show for it!!
So my goal? Just one really... I want to be thin. I'm not stuck on a number or a size per se.... I just want to have as little excess body fat as possible and then I'll be where I'll be. I'm *guessing* I should be a size 6/8 and between 135 - 150 lbs. I'm 200 lbs right now and feeling very unhealthy.
Two big challenges:
1. I believe I may suffer from subclinical hypothyroidism; and
2. Finding time to exercise... but I will endeavour to persevere
