Hey everybody, I just started a diet about a week ago been limiting my calories to about 1200 - 1500 a day and quit eating fatty foods like chips and all that and also started doing cardio and weights. ive did cardio for about 4 days of the week (started doing it a couple days into the diet) did some joging and cardio on my eliptical machine i did 40 minutes yesterday and 1 hour today. Ive lost 4 and a half pounds i was 231 now im 226.5 i weigh myself in the morning after going to the bathroom but a friend of mine said it could just be water weight so i was wondering do you guys think its water weight how can you tell? And how many calories and fat should i be eating a day? Im 21 years old if that makes a diffrence. Thanks in advance for any help
