Warm water, Lemon and Honey?!?! YES or NO!?

Thanks for providing such a good information...!!!but according to me Lemon in hot water is good for every one body.

even..I wouldn't add honey to it though.because of..... Extra calories!!!
 
Honey will just add extra calories, no point adding them if you try to loose weight. If you feel the need to drink something sweat i would recommend a suger free lemonade or soft drink.

Loosing weight is all about burning more energy then you put in your mouth. If you do, you loose weight, if you dont, you add weight. Think of it like math.What goes in must be less then what goes out (so your body uses the energy from your weight)

Yes, Actually It Helps To Lose Weight & moreover it has many other healthy benefits like healthy skin, boosts metabolism, better digestion & boosts immunity. So we can take honey with warm water without any doubt.

As discussed earlier in this very old thread, honey, lemon and water drinks have no scientific support for the weight loss claims made, it is an urban myth. While the individual ingredients may have a slight benefit in other areas of health.

I am closing this thread now to prevent spam
