Wanting change!

Hey! My name is Justin and this summer is the summer I am going to change.

I've been called skinny all my life but I eat like a animal! I try to gain weight, I really do. (Well sometimes I don't really eat..)
I'm 15 weighing at 118 and weigh about 5'4.

I am active and eat healthy. I want to start gaining weight and muscle!

Any motivator / trainer / helper out there?

I don't really know where else to look!​
 
i would be happy to help you some of the problems i can help you work on will be

1) nutrition with nutrition its impotent to know what you need just to maintain the weight your at but also more importantly what will help you achieve your goals.

2) find what your true end goal will be and also this will be a long term goal and many people loose sight of this goal when their weight dose not gain or as much as they want so i will guide you in setting mini goals to achieve withing your time working with me.

3) i will help you in working out and what exercises are best for you until your happy you can make and plan your own workouts and progressively gain the weight and muscle you want.

Work out your macros/caloric intake and up your intake. "Sometimes I don't really eat" is just an excuse. If you are serious, keep eating. If you are thinking about food after you eat, you are not eating enough. Lift heavy too.
 
you should take proper daily exercise, plan your intake of calories and that you can burn on daily bases, drinks at least 15-20 glass of water.
