Hi I am a new member in this forum. I am 5'3'' (29 years old now) and usually had weight 140-150 range, I reduced to 135 in summer 2009 and continued that till early 2010 and then started gaining weight and now I am 165 . I dont eat out frequently, dont like soda, red meat but still I am gaining. I have to admit that I have craving to sweets but dont eat much. I have no idea where to start and how. my dream weight is 125lb. please give me some idea on how to reduce these 40 lbs. Thanks
Hi! I am in a similar situation, 5'3 and used to be around 130-140 but currently sitting at about 165. I'm 26 and have been trying to lose weight. The best advise I've seen so far is getting a good exercise program going first and making dietary changes second. I personally couldn't fit going to the gym into my schedule, so I've picked up the turbofire program from beachbody... I've tried P90 before and it was good. It's just a matter of sticking to the program. Just a thought! Hopefully some useful advise. I hope your weight loss journey goes well!!!
thanks for your reply and suggestion I am also in same situation regarding gym but I can afford 30-50 min time in exercise if performed home and I am moderately active still gaining . lets see what happens all the best for you too
