Try ABBH by Chad Waterbury for some mass.

Go 500cal over maintance

Hey dude there is really no way that you are going to gain 15lbs. of muscle in 2 months. Just get really hard and ripped and you will impress your friends. There are tons of resources on the net. Go to my website below and find the Practical Strength link at the bottom. Tons of great routines there.

I would recommend going in the 5x5 or 4x6 rep ranges with heavier weights to add mass and rest longer b.w. exercises for full recovery (2mins). Also, get about 500 calories before bed and alot of milk.

choose a few lifts, i recommend you do bench press and deadlift or bench press, tactical chin up and squat.

on one day, do just bench press, find out how many much weight you can do 5 times, then get 80% of that weight and do sets of 5 reps for as many sets as you can, once u do 4 reps, ur done for the day. give urself 30 seconds to a minute between sets. the next day, do deadlift, or squat, or chin up. if u go the route of Ddeadlift, Benc Press, then go bench monday, DL tuesday, bench thurs, DL friday. If you do squat, BP and chin up, go Bench Mon, Squat and chin up tues, bench thru, squat and chin up friday.

my friend does this work out and he ends up benching 8 thousand pounds a workout, the really freaks bench about 40,000lbs in a workout. be sure to get plenty of sleep, maybe even take a nap during the day and eat as much carbs and protien and veggies and vitamins as you can.

to do the chin ups, say you can 7, do 1, rest 10 seconds, 2, rest ten seconds, 3, rest ten...all the way up to about 4, then rest 2-3 minutes and start it over, this time u probably will only be able to get to 3 chin ups, so stop there.

i recommend u brush up on ur form for these lifts. if you follow this plan, calibrate the weight you use every 3 weeks, then rest a week, then start all over again with the new weight your going to be using. don't expect to be doing this more than a month or two.

this is called bear training. good luck getting HUGE (this will make you into A BEAST!, trust me)

15lbs is doable in 2 months. 15lbs of pure muscle...is another story.

The good news is, if you're not planning to show up shirtless, you can just bulk up with muscle and a bit of fat. You'll look soft instead of chisled, but you'll look fuller too, and you won't suddenly gain a beer belly so the soft muscle will look like muscle, not fat.
