Hey guys, I have been lifting for several years. Though I am not monster, I am pretty solid. I need some advice on several things from routine, schedule, and fixing tendonitis in my elbow. I have hit a huge plateau and need some advice. PLEASE!!! Here is my routine that I rotate through the week. All are usually on Hammer strength equipment,machines or free weights.
Chest/rear delts
Incline Press
Decline Press
Bench Press
Pec flys
Cable pec flys (3 position) High, Middle and low
Rear Delt Press
Cable Rear delt flys (3 position)
High rows
Back/front/mid delts
Hammerstrength:
lat pulldowns
High rows for back
low rows for back
front high rows for delts
lateral raises with dumbells
Cable:
lat pulldown wide and close grip
Seated cable row. High with bar and low with close grip handle
rhomboid shrugs
Arms? Can only do the basics. but have tendonitis in my left elbow any cure for that?
Legs are a sunday thing. You get the rest. Is there any advice to help me get over this plateau.
