Hi everyone

I am Ayse from Cyprus. Currently I am size 12-14 isherwood. I have 10 extra kilos to lose. After the birth of my second son I somehow had difficulty losing weight and keeping it. Only 2 months ago I was a 10-12 size but as soon as I stop having salad 24/7 I put on weight !!! İt's winter time and I don't find salads very attractive in winter but then I put on weight again:(

I really feel bloated and ugly and feel depressed not wanting to go anywhere because if this...feel very unhappy and moody all the time:( so I found this forum after some search and decided to join to be inspired and supported ...wish everyone the best!
 
Hi, Ayse & welcome to the forum. You are far from ugly honey & should stop being so hard on yourself. Feeling moody and unhappy all the time is no good. 10kg to lose is quite doable. There are so many choices of warm dishes to eat that are not high in calories. Steer clear of the starchy vegetables & cook low-fat meat & lots of veg. Are you eating much bread? Sometimes it can just be a matter of cutting down on a certain food that can start your weight going down. I'm glad you found the forum. Thank you Cate for being here for me. Actually it's bread and nuts but I seriously craveeee for them. I promised myself not to though....

Nuts are good, but high in cals. Make a rule of only eating raw & unsalted. Trust me, you won't be so tempted.
Re:bread. It bloats me up & I now steer clear of wheat. The more bread I eat, the more I weigh.
