Want it All

I am just intrested and I want to see the power of this forum, so what would the rest of you say to someone who is 5'11' 19yrs old 150lbs, doesn't go to a gym, been working out like crazy for a year, needs to get a six pack in a month?
What advice would you give him to tone/build muscle burn fat, what foods to eat? Remember he needs results fast. Anybody have any ideas?? One more thing the owns a bench, a swissball, a medicineball, jump rope and a dumbell set. Hope you Hope this interests alot of people and will make an effort to respond. Thanks for your efforts.
 
I'd say those goals are unrealistic for a months time. But I'd say spend a day reading over the nutrition articles at www.johnberardi.com

I'd also have him run intervals 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes each session. Run as fast as possible for 20 seconds and then jog for 40 seconds and continue this for 30 minutes.

You mentioned a db set, does he have a bb set? He'll want to do fullbody workouts three times a week.
 
5'11" and 150lbs...sounds like a fairly low body-weight already. But I don't know if you're skinny and slightly muscled, or build like a stick and have a gut. *shrugs*

keep in mind that a 6pack is genetic...you may not have big ab muscles. Either way you'll have to get body fat very low to see them...possibly single digit percentages.
