Wait..! The needle on scale can go lower...

So I'm trying to do some catch up on my posts here so bear with me.
My first week I was jazzed. I updated my food journal, I set out my food, water & other beverages for the day every morning. I walked and used my fitbit to help me focus and keep on track. At my weigh in on May 7th I was down from 196.5 to 189.5!!!!! Talk about jazzed! So what if the doc warned me that most of it is water weight and it won't be like this each week. Did not care!! However the amount of work it took to make this progress was no small feat and clearly not sustainable.

But I am learning to celebrate the successes so after that appointment I cleared out all the clothes that were loose from the closet. So all size 16s have been cleared out!!! Yay!!!
