I have an intriguing problem that I am trying to correct. I have been working out for the past 5 years. I am highly dedicated and have formidable results. But I can't seem to shake one small issue, LOVE HANDLES. I have a 4 pack on my abdominals, my chest, arms, traps, shoulders, look good, but I can't shake these love handles. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions that I can try out? I would appreciate it greatly.
