Just wondered should there be a clear difference between having 15.7% bodyfat and 12.6% bodyfat??
I have dropped from 15.7% to 12.6% in about 2 months. Those are the figures as measured by my personal trainer that I meet with once a month to get these taken and to talk over what I have been doing for the month and to help me try and plug holes in my diet etc.
Anyway how much difference should there actually be in way my body looks. I am personally waiting 6 months between pictures before posting as I don't ever get why people sometimes post pictures every few weeks.
Anyway just wondered peoples opinions. I see a difference but wonder if my girlfriend will who went away 8 weeks ago (I was 15.7% BF at the time she left) and she comes back in two weeks tomorrow lol. The difference would possibly be more obvious to myself??
