I know I feel so sad because they take advantage of people who don't question mass marketing like that! It's insane really chocolate loops for breakfast?? Or toaster strudels or anything like that. How about something healthier for the kids? You have to start pretty young though so they get used to not eating sugar 24/7.

I LOVE jack in the box! I get that double cheeseburger with fries and usually an oreo cookie shake. BUT it seems that it's a 50% shot that I will become sick after I eat it. So I just don't go anymore. It's still tempting but I would rather go to Shari's or something because the burgers there aren't as good but I seem to have better luck in not getting myself sick.

Good job on maintaining! Is your goat black and white? He sounds so cute! I bet a lot of people ask to pet him lol Have a nice Sunday :)

STOP!

I achieved something yesterday that I thought I would never achieve ever ever ever! My guy actually admitted LIKING turkey meatloaf... Actually liking it! He even went to the store to get some turkey to make more! This is from a certifiable cow addict... and it was healthy homemade turkey meatloaf.. I almost fell off my chair! NO WAY!

Gryffin is mostly white with grayish black splotches... everyone like to pet him.. my guy says I better be careful because he is a bigger chick magnet than a puppy! I think he's right!

If you want to be put off fast food hamburgers for good, read Anthony Bourdain's book "Medium Raw." There is a chapter in there about processed meat patties that'll freak you out! Haven't gone to chain fast food since! Can you say Eeeeewwww!!!!!

=810 ooops... a little low, but I just wasn't hungry... WHAT? That never happens!

1 more.. YA!! I tried on some pants I haven't worn in a while and I can zip 'em! That makes my day, which makes me happy, which makes me want to celebrate, which makes me want to go get snakage and drinkage... Uuuurgh!!! No No No... Bad girl! Step away from the chips & salsa and margaritas! Now say over and over to yourself as you click your heels... Long day scrubbing postal tape off of stainless steel tables... who knew post tape would be like super glue! Kitchen equipment out from storage is D I R T Y!!!

I am back!!! Can't believe I have been away so long... Gained some weight back, but am taking it back off, and doing ok... Lots of down times in the last year, so I am happy that the new year is upon us! Back to walking 2.5 miles 5-6 times a week and eating vegetarian a lot...


Can't seem to get my ticker up.. It was there when I left, and now is gone, and the new one won't show! :willy_nilly: Are they still fouled up or is it operator error? *sigh!*

no idea calories... feel to icky to figure it out... does anyone else feel extremely cold all the time when dieting? I have been frozen for 2 weeks since I started buckling back down on my calories... bone chilling cold all the time!!!! pphhoooey!
