vein problem

hey dude thats normal. and if you don't mind me asking what are your stat's(height, weight, and max lifts) i like to compare myslelf to guys my age my stat's are

height 5'3 short i know

weight 129 lbs

max bench press 140 lbs

max squat 195 lbs

max deadlift 160 lbs sad i know

that's about it tell what you think
 
normal, and probably an indication that you have low bodyfat %, at least in the area where the vein is popping out.
lifting weights causes increased blood flow, so the veins and arteries buldge for a while. If you hear the term 'vascularity', that's what they are talking about.
 
dude for a small guy not bad good job keep it out no matter how hard it gets. and i bet you $50 in a year you'll be benching 150. oh and i bet you'll start growing cause when i started i was like 4'9 now i'm 5'3 5'4 so let me know ok.
