Well here I am finally getting on the road to my weight loss. :driving:I am hoping to lose this extra weight by late summer. Would be nice to wear a swimsuit without all the cover ups LOL. So today is the first day of the rest of my life. I have never really wanted to lose the weight. Always thought "This is how God made me, than this is how I should be." Well that thinking is OVER and I am ready, I mean READY to lose this extra love :) I am at 211 as of 10 minutes ago and am hoping to see some pound(s) shed off in a week or so. I am sooooo excited to start a healthier lifestyle. I know it will make a tremendous difference in not only how I look but how I feel. Thanks for reading and supporting.

You are starting off where I did last July! If I can do this, you can too.

Get yourself a plan for losing, and stick with it - day in, and day out. That means reducing/changing what you eat, exercising most days of the week, and drinking a ton of water! Lots of folks find it very helpful to write their food intake down, too.

Good luck with finding the right plan and getting your weight down to where YOU want it! You can totally do this!

Thanks to all who have read and/or replied. My starting goal is to lose 20 lbs. Ultimately I would like to be down by a total of 55 lbs. I am so excited about this and this past weekend, I feel I did pretty well considering there was so much I could have eaten but chose not to. :hurray: So a few days down and I am ready for this week to see what happens. BTW I already lost a couple of lbs. That makes me VERY HAPPY.:D
