Upper body "treadmill" workout?

Is it possible to exercise our upper bodies the way we exercise our legs? We exercise our legs everyday, using what appears to be low resistance and high repetition(Walking for the bed to the bathroom, bathroom to fridge, fridge to couch etc.).

Taking it one step further; for example I walk 1 mile on a treadmill, at a pace of 2 mph, with a pace of 2.5 feet. that works out to 2112 reps at 70 reps per minute.

Is it possible to do something similar using weights for the upper body?

Grazy I know :)

I've seen upper arm "rotation" machines -- basically, moving pedals with your arms.

You can get a good upper body cardio workout by doing circuit training.
