Update for Doug

I had posted some initial photos when I introduced myself a few months back.

In all honesty- I have just been busy and not had a chance to come around here much. But since I had a moment and happen to have a handy photo to share, I figured I would

This is a comparison from March 24th of this year to July 3rd. Both taken at work on my Mac Photobooth app.

I don't have any handy body comparisons- but figured i would pass this along.

Results so far-

50lbs dropped
8 Inches off waste
2 inches added to arms

From XXL shirt to L
From 44 Waist Pants to 36

Oh and i forgot- quit smoking during this time, and cut way back on drinking.

This is an all natural weight loss- no surgery, no screwy shakes, or ridiculous atkins non-sense.

Just healthy eating, proper nutrition, and exercise.

Kudos! You look great... but a smile wouldn't have killed you. Keep up the good work!

Cheers,

Yeah...I never smile in photos. I am a happy person- but I just don't do the fake smile for the camera thing. It makes me look like a damned muppet.

Thanks for the support.

Great job. You can definitely see a nice difference. I hear ya on the smiling thing in photos. I'd rather give a smirk or a nasty old scowl rather than a smile. I just hate the way my face looks when I smile. I feel like my cheeks still swallow up my face and stuff... Congrats on the quitting smoking too. I hear that is very hard. Did you do it cold turkey or did you have help using chantix or patches or something? Just curious.... Congrats
