Update 135lbs gone

I see, I was figuring you'd need a bigger Caloric intake than that to gain muscle but guess I was damn wrong, thanks for the info. I'll start chuggin' down that water and look for a nice multi-vitamin. I've heard some bad stuff about creatine though so I think i'm gonna stay away from that one. I'm just paranoid about a lotta stuff XD

Silvx, If you're uncomfortable with any supplement suggestion someone else gives you - you're free to skip it. :) If I remember right from reading your own story, it sounds like you were a little light on physical activity - so maybe for now you could focus on changing your exercise and activity routine - adding a multi-vitamin and water - and if that doesn't do it for you in a few months, then research the other supplements that make you feel leery. It is your body and you have a right to take or leave any suggestions, including mine. :)

WOW. This is the kind of results that motivate me to try harder. I have no desire to look the the INCREDIBLE HULK (LOL) but very envious of the flat gut. Thanks for sharing. Quick question, what brand multi vitamin did you use?

Orange Triad right now..but Millennium Sport MVP-365 has a nice ingredient profile also.

Thanx for the kind words everyone.. Currently lost another 7lbs, so i'm down to 213lbs. Starting to find it harder for fat to come off. I've also been slacking on the diet and drinking beers. Still doing cardio and lifting heavy though. I have around 20-25 more lbs to lose to be where I want. I'm about to step it up and go on a strict diet again. Hopefully by mid July I'll be there.

Like the Incredible Hulk....I was just thinking Super Hero Figure too. ;)

Great Work! How do you feel compared to b4?

Wow.

Wow wow wow.

This thread is my inspiration. You really should be so proud of yourself. Such a transformation in a year, its so great. I hope those new to weight loss can see that it has been perserverence and a healthy lifestyle that have achieved this, no short cuts :)

Seriously well done :)

Wow, you, sir, are a beast.

Not only have you lost weight, but you've put on great muscle.

What does you lifting/workout routine look like in a little more detail?

I tried a few fat burners like Mitotropin, REDuction, and EC stack. I found the EC(ephedrine/caffeine) stack to be the most efficient for fat loss, followed by Mitotropin.

What does I tried mean? Was EC the magic ingredient for weight loss?

Incredible job. I'm currently 330 lbs and still at the start of my journey having only joined a gym a couple of weeks ago and starting to better control my diet. A few lbs are dropping already and seeing a transformation like yours is really so inspiring- even if its obvious how much effort you've had to put in. Thanks for sharing.
