Unsuccessful Workout - Everyone Help

Ok now im awaiting my pay packet to finally buy a 2nd dumbell and extra weights.

I look forward to starting a new workout that may actually work, thankyou genius. But I now have two dumbell workouts to choose from, yours and this other I found on the net:



Can you tell me if this a good workout^? Is it worth taking up under my circumstances (being a beginner), would it be effective? - or should I start out with the workout you suggested and maybe move to that one on the website later, or what...?
