Uneven muscles

I was wondering I was in a car accident on the 9th of feburary and Ive been working out with my right arm only because I broke my left hand and i noticed that my right arm is starting to build some extra muscle and my left arm is losing alot of muscle and strength so what im trying to get at is is this bad and unhealthy because a few people told me I should quit working out till i heal up
 
this was covered a bit in another thread, but here are the basics:
- it's actually been proven that working out one side of ur body will benefit both, and is especially good when u have an injury ..
however, don't train too hard because it's going to be that much harder to balance them back out ... and, i don't know how severe the break was, but be careful not to strain urself too much as u may cause damage to the broken hand
 
hmm, in theory that's possible, but really u should be exposed equally on both sides to the sun unless u do something a lot that only exposes only one arm (ie. driving)
