Uneven Body Muscles

My right side Rhomboid muscles (middle and lower Trapezius ) very well defined ,built and bigger than the left side. Left side it is very week and I feel pain on my left side at Rhomboid area.
On the other hand my left Trap is slightly higher than right.
As my right Rhomboid is bigger and well built which causes an uneven alignment when I lay down and that unevenness has resulted uneven Abs muscles.
My Abs right muscles are higher towards chest than left Muscle. Upper muscle has app:2 cm difference and there is slight difference in middle and lower.
What should I do to make even my both Rhomboid muscles?
Once Rhomboid muscles gets even, will my abs muscle also get even. Should I continue working on my Abs or wait till my Rhomboid muscles gets even?
Please help me to even out my uneven muscles.
Please give your email to send my Pics if you wan to see

I think that your uneven body comes from overload patterns in your day to day life or during weight lifting. I'm right handed which makes me lift with my right bicep, but support with my left triceps, so my right bicep is bigger than my left and my left triceps is bigger than my right. This is common, but the more you lift weights- the more you will start to notice this. It could also be that you lift the wrong way during training or too heavy and the body needs to compensate in order to lift the weight, which means recruit other muscles. Or it could be because of lack of proper flexibility.

My advice is to warm-up before every workout and stretch properly right after warm-up. Do not stretch before warm-up! Also always stretch properly after every workout. You have to hold every muscle for 20-30 seconds, otherwise it will do no good.
You should try to do self-myofascial release (foam roll) flexibility before workout or at home, to try to even out muscle imbalance.

Think about if you lift too heavy, do you need to step it down a notch? Think about your technique, are doing doing every exercise the right way to avoid compensation? Are you breathing the right way, with your diaphragm, inhaling during eccentric and exhaling during concentric?
Even in every day life you need to focus on using your muscles the right way and always be even in your movement.

Think about all of these things that I just wrote, change what you need to change. But do the stretches, they will help your body to even out. And check out foam roll, that will help you even more.
