Hi, Ive got a strength and rep/set question involving the biceps. How do I even up my biceps. My right bicep(dominate arm) is slightly bigger then my left. But from doing dumb bell curls and EZ bar curls I found that my arms are pretty much equal in strength just my one is bigger then the other.I know your dominate arm is suppose to be stronger but it just that much stronger that it annoys me in the gym that I can actually see/feel the difference in size.
Should I just do an extra set of one arm dumbell curls or other exercises?
Another Question: Usually the day after I workout my right arm, the one slightly larger, always has this tensioned up feeling in the bicep just above the elbow when the muscle is getting to the highest point. Do you know any reason for this?
Only 2 more questions: This for kinda nutritional reason but how much carbs are you suppose to eat in a day. Stats are: 16 year old male, 140 pounds.
Last question that is kind of random and just want to know: If I'm 140 pounds, 16 year old with about 7% bodyfat. Is dead lifting 175 pounds good? I do that for 3 sets of 10 with about 1 minute rest.
Thanks in advance
