underarm exercise

hello to all,
i was wondering what exercise should i do to tone my underarm, the axillary / armpit area, notice someone when they raise their arms, the armpit part is kinda deep it has it has cuts, like jennifer aniston, dennise richards and a lot, mine is kinda flat, i hope you guys get what im trying to explain here, and if so, kindly advise me on what exercise should i do for this particular area. thank you so much for your time.
 
That would be the upper/inner part of your back. Barbell rows and lat pulldowns will help you develope that area. It also has to do with the development of your chest as well.
 
I agree with LV. Also, development of the deltoids will make a difference. Rear delts are hit pretty well on exercises like rows. You can do overhead DB presses and military presses, among other exercises, for front and middle delts.

If you have fat there then you also need to decrease overall body fat. Here are some tips to get you started...

1) Eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day. Each meal should be 2-3 hours apart. Each meal should contain one protein and one carb. The first meal should be eaten within an hour after waking.


2) Drink a cup of water at each meal.


3) Rest properly. This means taking at least 48 hours between strength training the same muscles, and it also means getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Lastly, it means taking 1-2 days off from exercising per week.


4) Cardio. This should be done at different intensity levels and different session lengths. Consider doing a low intensity/long session, a high intensity/short session and a few medium intensity/medium length sessions.
