Im really frustrated right now! I calculated that my caloric needs are based on a 3000 calorie a day diet. I only eat about 1000 to 1500 a day which i know is an averaged of losing 3 to 4 pounds in a week which is not good, but i dont like to eat much so oh well. Ive been noticing that i am putting on pounds instead of losing them, I was wondering if this is from drinking a lot of liquids, which i do because i love water. Are these liquids putting the weight on or is there something wrong?
EDIT: Oh and about physical activity, I do about a 30 minute walk almost everday with a little weight training.
