ugh....another set back,

I have worked so hard for 3 months to eat well and make sure that I do cardio ex. 5 hours a week. I FELT GREAT. I lost only about 5 lbs. but even that was ok with me...not as much as I wanted but still better than gaining.
Yesterday however, I was stressed, tired and bored...such a BAD combination. I felt as though eating was going to make it better...but of course after I ate a huge meal and lots of dessert I felt HORRIBLE! UGH.
SO, today is another day and I worked out and ate well and stayed within my caloric limit and I feel better. I will just pretend yesterday NEVER happened and let it go. I am proud of my past 3 months and I won't let one night ruin all that. I think when bad eating episodes occur it is a way for me to learn from my mistakes. Like hitting your thumb with a hammer repeatedly....eventually you will stop.
 
Everyday is a new day...filled with choices and oppertunities...dont sweat it! three months on track is awsome:) you are on your way to where you want to be:D
