Well I weighed in again today - not quite a week (6 days) since last weigh-in but wanted to weigh for a couple of the challenge threads I've entered into.

Showing as 197.2 today - a loss of 1.2lbs :)

I'm actually really happy with this, as I very nearly didn't weigh myself as I know I'm carrying a lot of water weight and was worried I'd see the scales go up not down. So I'm sneakily praying that actually I've lost a little more than that and I'll see it on the scale in a few days! :rotflmao: Every little helps and all that lol.

This week has been ok, I've not had any slip-ups so far but did think I'd probably snacked (albeit on good foods) a little more than I needed to on a few of the days. On the downside, I'm going out on the town with some friends tonight so can predict a fair few calories coming my way... will have to be extra-specially careful with food over the weekend to compensate methinks.

Also I went swimming this week, swam 20 lengths in 25 mins (I'm not a fast swimmer but I enjoy it) hoping to make it a weekly thing then look at adding something else a second day.
 
Wednesday weigh-in showing today's weight at 196.2... so another loss of 1lb :) Have not been so strict with myself this week so I'm gonna use this to motivate me for the next few days. Swimming again tonight, and aquafit! x
