Alright, so I'm back ( finally!) and I'm eager to get back into the daily blogging of the weightloss plan.^^

Alright, so since it is winter and i'm working off a new budget I haven't been able to go get that gym membership but because of the location of my new apartment I have to walk to school and work at about 30 minutes a trip. Which I think is fantastic! :D

The last time I was on here, I weighed in at 210lbs. Since then I have lost... a few pounds, and am now at 195lbs. So now I've decided to jump back on that weightloss train and get back to it. My goal is the same as always 140lbs, and I'm hoping to at least cross half of the 55lbs distance by the beginning of july. Hopefully I can do it!

Food intake today ( Saturday,20 2007):

Breakfast: 1 bowl of special K red berries and 1/2 cup of soy milk

Lunch: 1 garden salad, 1 small bag of Miss vicki's original chips, 1 bottle of flavoured water.

Supper: half a plat of pasta with tomato sauce and a veggie wrap with Caesar dressing.

Drinks in total: 2 bottles of flavoured water, 1 cup of soy milk smoothie

Indulgance: 3 cotton candy lollipops and some gum.

exercise: 30 minute walk home from work
 
Today was a good day.
I had to wake up a little early to go do a volunteer thing at my boyfriend's church but then afterwards spent the day at his house with the family before getting dropped off at home about 15 minutes ago. I'm a little sad now though because tonight will be the first night I'm alone in my apartment *tear*.

Anyway, here's todays info.

(Sunday, 21 2007)

Breakfast: Large apple, 1 bowl of cereal with 1/2 cup of soy milk

Lunch: A toasted triangle bun ( not its actual name) with cheese and ketchup, 1 slice of raisin bread.

Snack: 1/4 cup* of air popped popcorn and a cup of cider
*= measured before cooking

Supper: Mashed potatoes, green beans with some nutmeg, broccoli with cheese sauce.

Water intake: about... 2.5 glasses ( not enough!)
Achievements: No pop!
Set-backs: um.... cheese?

Exercise: only about 30 minutes of running around in boyfriend's backyard, sledding and stuff.
 
Today was a rather "blah" day. I ended up staying home from school because I got hounded into staying at my apartment with the girls while they skipped school for the millionth time. Well, I rather enjoyed it but I figured out that those two are my biggest munchies trigger :rolleyes: .

Here's today's stats so far:

(Monday 22, 2007)

Breakfast: 1 bowl of cereal with 1/2 cup of soy milk

Snack: peanut bar

Lunch: 1 cup of rice with soya sauce....

then a binge on pasta with this cool sauce that would have been a healthy lunch alone without the rice as well...

Snack: peanut bar

and since I haven't even left my apartment to check the mail yet, I haven't really done anything for me. :( oh well, maybe later will pick up a bit.
 
Hey Setsuna! Lol I hate bingeing even though I always end up doing it anyway....well it isn't as bad as bingeing on total junk food

Stats for: (Tuesday 23, 2007)

Breakfast: Cearel with 1/2 cup of soy milk

Snack: Apple, peanut bar

Lunch: Peanut bar, a few onion rings (( was totally broke and no food around at school :( ))

Snack: ------

Supper: ok... I went to a buffet. Normally I wouldn't but it was my sweetie's and My anniversary so we went. And... I think I did alright. Two plates of mixed veggies, lo mein noodles and mashed potatoes ( and I used the smaller plates).

Snack: Apple

Set backs: A few sips of pop
 
Stats for: (Wednesday 24,2007)

Breakfast: Chinese rice and a veg wrap ( woke up waaaay late)

Snack: Peanut bar, Green tea

Prediction!

Since I'm going to work very soon then going to my boyfriends house for the night and all tomorrow. I'm going to predict my supper, which is always the same when I'm at work. :p

**Supper: Either a) 1 6-inch veg sub with swiss cheese, bottle of water, small bag of miss vicki chips. B) large garden salad with shredded cheese, bottle of water, 2 cookies.

Exercise: Waking to work ( about 30 min) and then working my shift for 7 hours ( I'm a sandwhich artist *giggle* such a funny title B) )

Tomorrow I wont be home until after supper, but I'm sure I'll find something active to do like going for a walk or sledding or something. ^^

Breakfast: Trianlge bun toasted with cheese and ketchup ( totally unhealthy but Nyah! :p )

Lunch: N/A

Supper: Homemade baked fries, Veggie burger with all the fixings and salad.

(Friday 26, 2007)

Breakfast: Bagel toasted with butter and cream cheese

Lunch: N/A

Snack: Two Cookies

Supper: 6-inch BLT sub, Large chocolate milk, Small bag of miss Vickies



Today sort of sucked. So tomorrow I'll do a little better.
 
Morning stats for:

(Saturday 27, 2007) 7:00am-

Breakfast: 2/3 cups of brown rice, 1/2 cup of peach slices, 1 medium apple, Two glasses of water

Exercise: I'm going to be leaving for work in a few minutes so thats about 30 min. of walking up hill.
 
Afternoon Stats:

Lunch: 12-inch veg sub, 1 bag of miss vickies, 1 cookie, bottle of water

Exercise: Walked around the plaza then home. Approx.45 minutes.

I think I might try something a little different tomorrow with the whole eating food thing. We'll see.
