Has anyone here heard of the TSC Heart of a Champion programme / tried it?
It's 10 weeks of training (2x cardio per week & 4x weight training + healthy diet - 6 meals a day).
I'm kind of trying it now (I'm in my first week)... although I plan to eat healthy for longer than 10 weeks
and I improvise with training sometimes.
Thing is... I'm sceptical about the whole thing. Training and eating will improve the way you look, but in 10 weeks?
I find that quite fast...
