I'm at 220 lbs! Now that I'm off my period I should start seeing results. I've been eating pretty good. I've only had about 2 glasses of Sprite in the last 2 days and that's all the soda I've had. I've also stayed away from the bread. I'm gonna try to start exercising again.
nice job on staying away from bread, and not drinking much soda TLynn. At first it might seem hard but in time you will get used to not eating bread or drinking so much soda.
I'm at 219.5! When I originally started trying to lose weight I weighed 226 so I've lost around 7 and a half pounds in the last two weeks. My clothes are starting to fit better too. :]
Nice work! you are making very good progress. just make sure this new program is something that you can stick to.
May I ask how much is the water intake?
