i know this might not be "safe" but i do not care
I am 15, i weigh 215lbs, i am 5'9 and this is my plan on losing 40lbs over the summer...
215 (starting weight)
-175 (desired weight)

40 lbs (lbs over weight)
there is 3500 cal in 1 lbs of fat.
40 X 3500 = 140000 (calories i have to burn to loose my desired wight)
140000(cal) / 78(days of summer left) = 1798(cals i must burn a day)
i plan on eating only 1000 cal a day and since im 15 i burn a lot of calories just from being alive so that's -1000 cals
so
1798(cals a day)
-1000(cals i have to burn because I'm cutting it out of my intake)

789(cals to burn a day)

if i only eat 1000 calories a day and burn 789 calories a day i should be able to burn my 40 overweight lbs of fat in time for the start of school
feel free to tell me this wont work but i have to try anyways
