Ok, here is the situation. I am a former college football player. In that time i never had any serious injuries. Within the past 3 years the wear and tear on my body has become very evident. I love lifting but i am very limited to what exercises i can do. I have a hurt back, hurt shoulder, and hurt elbow all on the right side. I cannot do bench, dips, pullups, or any serious movements involving my back. I have lost a significant amount of muscle and I desperately want to gain something back. I am only 27 years old! What are some other alternative exercises for my back, chest, and arms? Currently I can do dumbell presses for chest, lat pulldowns for my back, and some leg extensions. Other than that I cant do much else. I workout at my school, because I am a coach so i dont have access to any nice machines. This may be a very complicated ? considering the information i have provided is limited. If anyone else has these same problems and and has any ideas PLEASE let me know! Thank you for your time.
