Hi! I am a 19 yr old female, 5'4" and 150lbs. My biggest problem is lack of self control. I am constantly battling against the urge to binge, perhaps motivated by my lack of cooking experence and laziness.
I have been living by myself for the past 7 wks and I have 3 more wks until I go back home. Thus, I don't want to buy any more groceries in case I won't be able to finish them. I have chicken breasts, oatmeal, eggs, and oatmeal left. If I keep to this diet, I should be eating healthy, but my desire to eat pizzas, subs, etc is draining my wallet and adding to my bulging cheeks. I need to stop myself from ordering food, but I'm an emotional eater and being here by myself, and returning tired from work is not helping. Lately, I've been ordering food almost every other day.
Well, there's a rant as an introduction! I sound very unmotivated and lacking in self-discipline but hopefully, with this website, I will be able to slowly more control over my life. I am going to set my alarm for 6 AM tomorrow and go swimming before work. Hopefully, I won't snooze too much.
