trouble working chest

Whats up everybody, I've been trying to work my chest here lately by doing normal bench and pushups. But when I do these workouts my triceps are the primary muscle that gets the workout and my chest barely does anything. If you have any suggestions on how I could change this it would be greatly appreciated!
 
The tricep is smaller and exhusts easier.

But as TB said, retract your shoulder blades and push through them. Make sure your elbows are tucked in. Barring that, you could add some an accessory lift at the end of your workout to strengthen them.
 
wider grip on bench hits the pecs more.
and yeah, retract your shoulderblades so you lie on them when you lift.
