tricep exercises

hi ,
im having troubles doing tricep exercises, ive tried loads of different ones but i keep having pain in my elbow , only occurs when i do any tricep exercises.
i just wanted to know if there are any exercises which do not involve ur elbow that much.
bench press dont hurt my elbow joints but i got sever pain in my shoulder (temp) from doing them now i dont want to do them

well, the tricep connects the shoulder to the elbow, so you really can't avoid the elbow when working them.

try close grip bench press, skullcrushers, bench dips (weighted), and cable pressdowns. oh and extensions behind the head too.

that should be all you need to build good triceps, along with whatever you do for chest.
 
done them all but i dont wanna do bench presses they affect my shoulder joints too much cause of my age (16)
 
I just joined the forum so I dont knwo if you found a solution yet but I just started doing these tri. workouts a friend told me about...Do a backwards close bench...turn your hands around backwards from the way you would origanally do flat bench make sure you keep your elbows in...You really feel them after a few sets...Sorry if the information was already mentioned, to later, or not affective...
