Hello Guys and Girls,
I recently watched the escape from Alcatraz Triathlon the other day and (it may sound silly) but I would like to qualify for it either in 2007, or at worst 2008. It's just one of those things that I want to do in life and be able to say "I've done that!"
I'm also starting pre-season training for Rugby in October, starting on the 2nd, and have about 4-5months of near nothing other than preparing for next year's rugby competition and maybe a triathlon.
I'm wondering if there were a few people out there, who I could possibly set up a thread in the "journals" section where I could post weekly/fotrnightly on what type of training I'm doing, bf, weight, speed and strength increases, and any modifications that you guys or anyone else could help with, eating habits etc. that can help me over the next few months and hopefully if it's working properly until about this time next year.
From what I can gather, it's about 11 months away from the qualifying competitions, I'd love to be there, and any help that I could get would be greatly appreciated.
