Trapz uneven

I think they are called trapz but my left one is smaller I can notice it which is bugging me is there anything I can do to sort this out?

Yeah, that's a cool attitude.

Most people have smaller traps on their non-dominant side. If it's bugging you that much, do trap exercises such as shrugs.
