training w/ injury

well my fingers broken (maybe) it hurts really bad still and i have no grip at all so lifting is pretty much out of the question..i did HIIT yesterday is it ok to do it again today..im feelin more tired than yesterday but since i wont be lifting should i do HIIT 2 days in a row?
 
if it is actually HIIT, you wont be able to perform it at your full strenght every day. That is if you gave it all out the 1st time. If you didnt then you didnt do what HIIT is. But if you gave all out then you shouldnt do it everyday, more like every other day.
 
no i went all otu thats why im pretty beat today..i decided im just gonna take a rest mys tomachs been hurting so i havent really eaten that much today and im just generally really tired
