Training Regiment

I am big on scheduling things, maybe not to the specific date, but within a week. With this in mind, does anyone know where I could possibly find a fun, interactive workout regiment for maybe a month or something. For a fitness/cardio/stanima work out. Thanks.:) By the way, hello all, I am new to the site as of today.

Well you have a few options.
-One, you can get a personal trainer to do it for you.
-Two, you can research around here and build your own training and diet program to schedule yourself.
-Three, you can find pre-made routines and meal plans and piece them together to suit your goals.

Regardless of what you choose you need to be somewhat informed of caloric intake needs and what program is right for you and your goals. So I suggest read some of the sticky threads, check out the resources available here and decide what is right for you.
