Training Plan

Hi fellow members,
I have started videoing my training this week and next week I will have a whole weeks worth up on youtube.
The clips are of me and Glen Danbury. Glen is the British Light weight Natural Bodybuilding and Champion and now the South east Natural Power Lifting Champion at his first attempt.

See the link below and I have will have a new one for you each week as I train using heavy weights one week, medium weights the week after and then light weights. As you will see the light session are high reps. the reason I do this is so that I keep shocking the muscle in different ways and the muscle don’t get used to training the same way each week.
