Training For Rugby

Hi Forum users,

I want help designing a program specific to my chosen game of rugby.

This is what i have come up with so far, if you could advise me of how i could improve this program, if it needs improvement.

Bench Press: 3 Sets: 15-18 Reps

Smith Squats: 3 Sets: 15-18 Reps

Dead Lifts : 1 Set : 20 Reps

Pull Ups : 3 Sets : Failure

Clean & Press : 3 Sets : 15-18 Reps

Wide Arm Upright Row : 3 Sets : 15-18 Reps

During the preseason i will be training with my club on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
