Hello everyone! I hope someone can help me with this. I bought a Torso Tiger exercisor some years back, but didn't use it much. However, I am very serious about incorporating these exercises in my daily routine but I lost the instructions on how to do them. If you have one, or know someone who has one, please contact me with this information. I don't want to do these exercises without fully knowing what to do.
